Purpose and legal basis for data processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Contacting you

- if you send us an e-mail, fill out a contact form, or call us.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator – communication with users).

Performance of a contract

- if you are our client or represent a client, we process data to conclude and perform the contract.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Direct marketing

- e.g., sending information about our services, offers, and news (newsletter, mailing).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Recruitment

- if you send us your CV or participate in a recruitment process.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (actions before concluding a contract).

Analytical and statistical purposes

- anonymous website traffic analysis to improve the site.

Types of data we collect

Depending on the purpose, we may process the following data:

  • first and last name
  • e-mail address and phone number
  • position and company name
  • basic technical data about the visit (e.g., device type, approximate country-level location) – in anonymized form
  • content of correspondence or inquiry
  • data included in the CV (e.g., education, professional experience)

Data recipients

Your data may be transferred to:

  • Contract data – for the duration of the contract and up to 5 years after its termination.
  • Marketing data – until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.
  • Recruitment data – until the end of the recruitment process or for 6 months, if you consent to future recruitment processes.

  • restrict processing
  • data portability
  • object to processing
  • withdraw consent at any time (if data is processed based on it)
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), if you believe we are violating your rights

Cookies and analytics

We care about your privacy, so we keep the use of cookies to a minimum:

  • technical – necessary for the proper functioning of the site
  • cookieless analytics – we use analytics that does not store cookies or build user profiles, and data is collected in anonymized form solely to analyze traffic

We do not use marketing cookies or tracking pixels. If we introduce such technologies in the future, we will ask for your consent beforehand.

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
