Purpose and legal basis for data processing

Types of data we collect

Depending on the purpose, we may process the following data:

• first and last name
• e-mail address and phone number
• position and company name
• basic technical data about the visit (e.g., device type, approximate country-level location) – in anonymized form
• content of correspondence or inquiry
• data included in the CV (e.g., education, professional experience)

Data recipients

Your data may be transferred to:

• our technology partners and subcontractors providing services for us (e.g., hosting, mailing tools, CRM)
• law firms, accounting offices, or other entities supporting our business
• public authorities – if the obligation arises from legal provisions
